Being a Business Intelligence Officer at CLIC Sargent will give you an opportunity to play a pivotal role in exciting projects that will deliver sustainable, long term value for the organisation and make a difference to the lives of young people with cancer. As a Business Intelligence Officer, you’ll support the wider Insight Team and be responsible for publishing information on organisational performance, from strategic to team based objectives. You will be part of an experienced, hardworking team, committed to driving performance through insight. You will be the go-to person on everything related to our data visualisation platform (Power BI) and will work closely with departments all across CLIC Sargent using your data and Power BI expertise. This will include supporting colleagues and developing and delivering engaging training. You should be able to effectively visualise data and distil strategic insight from it. You’ll enjoy communicating effectively and collaborating with multiple stakeholders with differing needs, making sure stakeholders have the best information to analyse their performance and position. You’ll be an analytical thinker with good working knowledge of CRM databases and data architecture, as well as an understanding of data analysis techniques. As a part of this role you’ll be working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment so the ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail is key.
