Then read on as this role is for you! We’re looking for a Process Improvement Specialist. Working with the Operational Excellence Lead, you’ll work in collaboration with other departments to develop, improve and implement process, policies and procedures to drive cross-functional improvement. You’ll evaluate existing processes, drive continuous improvement throughout the Operations team, initiating any relevant process changes. You’ve evidence of design and delivery of new processes plus continuous improvement of existing processes. You’re comfortable balancing daily challenges with longer term improvement. You’ve strong analytical skills with good knowledge of process improvement methodologies. You’re a positive and enthusiastic individual, with a flexible approach. This includes gathering and analysing data related to current processes. You’ll work collaboratively across all departments of the organisation, improving the management and quality of business processes. You’ll assess, develop and embed new business processes. You’ll ensure that solutions are developed and proposed fit the overall strategy of the business. You’ll also complete ongoing document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, to identify areas for improvement and to design new working practices and business processes.
