Applications are invited for the position of a Research Assistant in Biostatistics to join the Rare Bone disease and Osteoporosis Epidemiology team led by Dr M Kassim Javaid at the Botnar Research Centre, Nuffield Department of Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Sciences (NDORMS), Oxford.As a Research Assistant in Biostatistics you will be responsible for data cleaning of cohort data including Clinical Research Practice Datalink and Hospital Episode Statistics. You will be able to write and review high quality statistical analysis plans for studies and undertake day to day planning of work, and conduct descriptive analysis of datasets including descriptive tables, regression analysis and hierarchical models.
