We'll also need to see these on your CV A highly capable developer of Oracle SQL that links datasets together to answer core questions and allows people to extract the new datasets. An ability to explain technical aspects clearly and concisely. Automation skills so that data builds flow regularly and reliably. Business Intelligence is responsible for the data, analytics, visualisation, complex statistical modelling and insight which enables FND to make the most insightful decisions to operate effectively. We’re split into a Data Engineering team, an Analytics team, a Statistical Modelling (Data Science) team, and a specialist Regulatory Analytics team. We’re a team of around 40 people, spread around the country (so we’re used to virtual working), and we have a remit to grow the team to 55+ people because of the value we’re seen to bring. We’re at the centre of some hugely exciting change in FND. We’ve just reinvested in a new Enterprise visualisation tool to be rolled out across our team; we’ve just upgraded our infrastructure to ensure to improve the speed and stability of our systems; and we’ve invested in new external training and development opportunities for our people. And most excitingly, we’re working on a cultural change piece – trying to find out how analytics can change the way we work across the organisation. If you feel that your skillset matched the above, we are keen to hear from you! We value different perspectives, skills and experiences. Diversity makes sense for us, our customers and our ambitions. We’re creating an inclusive working culture where people from all backgrounds can succeed. That’s why we welcome applications from all parts of the community. #LI-OR
