About the role As Xaxis has expanded and the business has become more complex, it became necessary to establish a Programme Management framework to assist teams within EMEA HQ with organisation and delivery on multiple workstreams. Forming part of the Business Operations and Programme Management team, the Programme Management function consists of a Programme Manager and a Programme Management Executive. The Programme Management Executive role exists primarily to support the Programme Manager to work across all seniority levels and business units to provide programme management and change management support, from the creation of a business case through to the delivery of the desired outcome. This role will also assist with holding internal project sponsors to account, ensuring that scoping and delivery are effective and timely. An eagerness to learn, a strong sense of organization, and diligent adherence to process are required for the role, as well as a strong drive and proactivity. Role requirements Programme Management Help coordinate the maintenance of the HQ programme via an OKRs-based goal management methodology, adapting and applying the approach to meet project and global objectives, and helping to maintain programme tracking information systems Assist with structuring and managing integrated, multi-track programmes and consolidating business cases Provide project management support to disparate teams across various workstreams, with specialisms in sales, client solutions, data and analytics and marketing, leading by example with due diligence throughout projects Help maintains project communications to each key audience. Assist with oversight of the tracking of project deliverables via OKRs-based goal management framework Support with identification and communication of issues and blockers Ensure adherence with quality and performance standards. Assess and manages risk within, and across, multiple projects. Business Support Assist with the maintenance of communication channels between EMEA HQ and regional markets, including coordination of Comms Heroes network Identify additional opportunities for efficiency gains, raise potential solutions, and help initiate the resulting projects to effect change. Champion the use of a unified set of approved business support tools to help drive communication and project management efficiency Assist with the coordination of the syllabus and event planning for training events, hackathons and other market engagement activities. Global projects Play an active role in any Global and Group M projects to ensure that HQ and EMEA market requirements are captured and included in any developments. Build strong relationships with the Xaxis global and Group M technology teams. Essential Skills and Experience: Demonstrable project management skills, particularly in an internal/business environment. Ability to work within a fast-paced deadline driven environment. Excellent communication skills, effectively translating complex ideas into easy to understand, workable solutions and adaptable depending on the situation and audience. Ability to write clear and engaging internal communications for new initiatives.
