Our department provides strategic management, oversight and delivery of all aspects of the academic and professional services planning cycle. It also provides analysis, evaluation, modelling to enable integrated academic business planning, and the development of meaningful corporate key performance indicators (KPIs), and planning targets, along with leadership of student number planning across the University.
