Reco was established out of an internal recruitment team within a technology consultancy. The team saw the direct impact of both good and bad hires. Traditionally, the role of an external recruiter often stops when the person accepts the job, they do not see the impact (good or bad) from each hire. We care about the impact each hire has and know it is hugely important to all involved!
