NFU Mutual has been awarded the Gallup Great Workplace Award 2019 for the fourth year in a row.

To win the award, NFU Mutual had to prove to a panel of expert judges from Gallup that they have an engaged workforce in four key areas: strategy and leadership; accountability and performance; communication and knowledge management; and development and ongoing learning.
