Overview: As a Customer Success Analyst, you will work on Zebra Visibility IQ solution to translate customers’ data into operational impact. This role combines business consulting, with hands-on BI analysis as well as strong relationship building and consultative skills. Work directly with different levels and business functions on the customer side and collaborate closely with Zebra internal interfaces such as customer success managers, data operations, R&D, sales and our product teams.
