Your Mission:
The purpose of this role is to lead the Northen Europe Delivery IPA cluster cybersecurity, networking and infrastructure team across UK, Ireland, Nordics and Baltics by ensuring local delivery of OT Cybersecurity solutions, services and projects to external and internal (Inter Group) customers.
In the fast changing landscape around IT/OT Cybersecurity, this individual will be comfortable around providing technical leadership for OT cybersecurity and managing the team.
Your Duties and responsibilities
  • The individual will be the SPOC for all Cybersecurity technical and engineering elements at cluster level; providing regular reporting and cadence to Cluster Delivery Director.
  • Responsible for all coordination activities with other SE delivery cybersecurity teams whether in country, cluster or LOB.
  • Responsible for all coordination activities with UKI and N&B sales and tendering functions for opportunities including Cybersecurity.
    • This will include technical validation of solution, design and ensuring accurate estimation of effort with risk management capability.
  • Supports Northern Europe Hoshin growth plan for Cybersecurity
  • Responsible for ensuring installed base teams (projects, field services and sales) are comfortable in their understanding to upsell Cybesecurity into cluster installed base
    • This will include communication and education sessions such as lunch and learns organised in coordination with Cybersecurity sales and offer teams.
  • Responsible for Cybesecurity Workload and resource planning within the cluster.
  • Responsible for identifying OT Cybersecurity skills gaps for technologies and trends in coordination with Sales strategy and European development journey CS leader.
  • Responsible for ensuring an engaged, skilled and high performing team.
  • Collaborates with internal/external stakeholders and 3rd party stakeholders to ensure appropriate level of resources using appropriate technologies for the on-time delivery, within budget, and to a high quality.
  • Manages and monitors progress of ongoing cybersecurity delivery work to identify risks in delivery of priorities and implement timely resolutions.
  • Provides technically complex design, knowledge and know-how for customers in the Cybersecurity domain
  • Helps establish technical strategies, internal procedures and best practices.
  • Communicates results, issues and solutions internally and to customers.
  • Heps govern technical consistency of documentation, standards and risk methodology to proactively manage ongoing projects.
  • Provides leadership to cluster management, PMO, project and services teams for compliance with internal and external certification and governance requirements such as IEC62443-2-4 (DQP-50) or PASCOS program.
    • This can be provided directly by the individual or by managing a team (directly/indirectly) of CSQE’s and/or Cybersecurity Site Leaders as appropriate across the delivery cluster.
    • Ensure application and deployment of procedures & policies, aligned with CPP
  • Accountable for Incident detection, registration and escalation on their scope
  • Assist the investigation teams in case of cybersecurity incidents internally or at customer sites as part of ongoing delivery scope of work.
  • Implement requirements when new threats appear
  • Contribute to detect Vulnerability on in stage projects

Qualifications include:
  • Previous people leadership experience (Desired)
  • An understanding of Cybersecurity Frameworks (NIST, CAF, ISO27001, IEC62443)- (Essential)
  • An understanding of regulatory environment (eg NCSC/OFGEM/DWI) (Desired)
  • Experienced working with 2 of the below : (Essential)
    • Utilities (Gas, Electric or Water)
    • CPG, Life Sciences
    • Energies and Chemicals
  • Expérience of OT industrical control systems which may include one or more of the following technologies (DCS/SCADA/PLC/HMI/Historians etc) (Essential)
  • Expérience working with cloud solutions (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud) (Desired)
  • Bachelors Degree in a STEM field is desirable but not essentials
