The University of Warwick is seeking an Estates Data, Analytics & Insights Manager to lead a dynamic team within its Estates Information and Systems department. This important role will support key projects shaping and delivering the digital transformation of the Estates function. It offers an exciting opportunity to continue implementation of a data-driven environment, deliver essential operational and strategic reports, and oversee the University's ambitious journey in creating an industry leading Digital Campus.

About You

We are looking for an innovator with a proven track record in:

 Managing large and complex datasets, ensuring data accuracy and harnessing it to create combined operational and strategic dashboards, visual maps, and reports.
 Leading the delivery of a Digital Twin (Digital Campus) for a built environment, transforming critical information into actionable operational insights, including integration with multiple systems, IoT devices and Smart Campus technologies.
 Champion a culture of data literacy within the department by providing guidance, training, and resources to empower staff to understand and effectively utilise information, analytical tools and insights.
 Demonstrating a passion for identifying innovative opportunities to ensure the Estates Information and Systems department continuously enhances its services.
 Establishing data governance practices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity across all Estates data sets, fostering trust in the information used for decision-making.
 Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities that enhance operational efficiency, supporting key areas such as space utilisation, and support long-term strategic planning.

About the Department

The Estates Information and Systems team is at the forefront of multiple digital transformation initiatives, revolutionising the way campus, building, and asset information is managed. By enhancing processes and improving Estates services, the team is driving innovation and efficiency across the department. This is an exciting time to join, as the team leads projects to implement and optimise cutting-edge software solutions, advancing toward a data-driven environment that supports strategic decision-making and insightful analytical reporting. To achieve these goals, the team brings together expertise across a wide range of disciplines, including BIM, data analytics, software and hardware solutions, innovation, technology, IWMS, space management, GIS, and a variety of other key software solutions. This diverse skillset enables the delivery of impactful solutions, fostering a forward-thinking and collaborative culture that ensures the Estates department continually improves its service delivery.
