We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst Business Partner to join our Insight and Analytics Department. Candidates will act as analytical liaisons, translating business needs into usable insights and ensuring clear documentation and communication. Strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and a commitment to data accountability are essential.
The mission of the Insight & Analytics Department is to generate evidence to support policy and decision making by applying statistical methods to HCPC data. In this new role you will play an important part in the continuing development of a good data culture in HCPC and help it to make the best use of the data it collects. You will be collaborating with other HCPC departments to improve data quality, standardise reporting datasets and develop shared approaches to analysis. Through this role you will be continuously developing your skills and experience.
As the Senior Data Analyst Business Partner you will provide analytical support to both the Data Governance Lead and to key regulatory departments. You will need to be able to understand and document business rules and be able to translate those into usable analytical products in PowerBI and as stand-alone documents.
