As the IT Operations Engineer, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Information Security. You’ll provide first and second-line support to the WonderBill teams working across multiple locations and ensuring we deliver an effective and responsive IT operations across the business.

Launched in 2016, WonderBill operates across apps on Web, iOS and Android. Backed by Shell Technology Ventures & BCG Digital Ventures, we’re the first of many exciting digital ventures backed by Shell, helping them shape how they think about energy usage in the future. We’re looking to double our customer numbers by the end of the year with our sights set on conquering the UK and beyond.
