As a Data Analysis Manager you will join the evolving Digital department of Philip Morris International (PMI) in London. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Activation you will be responsible for driving the insight agenda forward and promoting strategic insight and analytics. The job holder is a data-driven analyst who identifies and provides useful insights and helps inform decisions using a wide range of tools & platforms.

Understanding the value of data is key to implementing successful strategies that facilitate agile and effective business growth. Correctly harnessing data can help us take fact-based decisions and improve the customer and prospect experiences.


  • Lead and shape all internal reporting and analyses across paid, owned & earned media
  • Manage, interpret and debrief findings with key stakeholders to demonstrate the impact of insights
  • Define our data strategy across our CDPDMP in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Responsible to drive the learning agenda for data driven marketing and setup of segmentation strategy in collaboration with the Head of Digital Activation
  • Underpin the development of the audience strategy for future campaigns by pulling insight across paid owned and earned media, from previous campaigns and a multitude of different sources
  • Be the team expert on which behaviours, attitudes and signals are fundamental to the campaign success ultimately driving planning and execution efforts
  • Build a hypothesis and testing roadmap based on data insights & our personalisation strategy


  • A proven track record in an e-commerce or technology research company environment delivering digital projects for global brands
  • Experience using Google stack (GA, GTM etc), Data Platforms (CDPDMP) or Marketing Cloud Solutions to gain meaningful insight to inform business stakeholder decisions
  • Be able to provide multiple examples of the hands-on experience in analysis to inform and influence leadership teams
  • Ability to transform data into compelling and engaging stories
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for junior team members
