We are seeking Java Software Engineers to join our cloud applications team.

The team brings together cutting edge cloud and DevOps tooling together with the industry and domain expertise from our clients and partners to develop platforms and applications for the future.

Right from start of a client engagement, you will be part of a multi skilled team, who start by understanding the business problem and the user journey.

We build Digital solutions using contemporary concepts and methods such as:  Micro service architecture, API for everything, Test and Domain Driven Development.

  • Full life cycle from discovery to live with Agile and DevOps ways of working.  
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable Java code
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.

Essential skills & experience:

  • Java (Spring Framework would be beneficial) with a knack for writing clean readable code.
  • Agile delivery utilising Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data management.
  • Good understanding of Object Oriented coding.
  • Understanding of MVC and other design patterns.

Desirable skills:

  • Test Driven Development.
  • JavaScript / Typescript, Python.
  • Frameworks & libraries such as React, Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery.
  • Shell Scripting and Linux.
  • HTML and CSS.
