You will:

  • Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques & provide meaningful interpretation, recommendations and reports
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and opportunities, data analytics and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency & quality
  • Acquire data from primary & secondary data sources & maintain and develop data sets
  • Identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Be reporting to and advising management on current investigations and actions
  • Keep abreast of current legislation, action and compliance options
  • Keep abreast of intelligence and investigative tools available online and offline
  • Support other areas of Content Protection in securing Sky’s content

You’ll have:

  • Demonstrable working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Adept at queries, report writing & presenting findings with clear recommendations
  • Excellent IT Skills, Databases, Excel, Web Tools
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
  • The ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
  • Knowledge of piracy issues
  • Strong knowledge & experience with reporting packages such as Business Objects, database such as SQL, programming such as Java script, python, ETL is a desirable
