Data & Content Data Management Executive - London

ABOUT THIS JOB

The role is a key part of the quality and data team who act as a bridge between the operations division and the customer support/commercial teams on Portfolio UK.
We handle all of the client data methodology queries which can be simple questions to complex requirements that lead to a change in methodology
We are also responsible for all content that is used to monitor ad activity on Portfolio UK across Press, TV, Radio, Outdoor, Email & Cinema.
We are constantly striving to improve our processes, through improved learning and establishing best practises.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will be able to straddle the responsibilities between data methodology and content.
Checking data to ensure a high standard of quality are met.
Managing the daily content tasks i.e. subscriptions and claims
Strong communication skills are key to success in this role as they will need to liaise with key stakeholders across the Portoflo UK division as well as developing strong working relationships

An outgoing individual who is a self starter and can work to a high standard as part of a team and on their own
Strong problem solving skills and an inquisitive nature
Someone who can work with and different types of people
Fair but firm

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree level education desired but not required
