In this role, you'll be expected to:

    • Generate sales-qualified appointments, discover new leads and nurture long-term prospects for the existing sales teams
    • Develop into the role to become the “next generation” of top performing sales people
    • Generate appointments for the sales team
    • Work closely with the Marketing team and follow up on direct marketing to both customers and prospects
    • Gather and record account profile information mainly from speaking to decision makers
    • Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM
    • Support the sales team with tasks and admin
    • Deliver against set productivity KPI’s
    • Deliver high productivity to gain high results
    • Assist teammates or to share a best practice that has helped them to be successful.
    • Be ready to assist and be willing to do side by side training

Are you the person we're looking for?

    • It would be great if you had a degree
    • We need someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including via emails and CRM solutions
    • You must have the experience to build rapport and relationships both with prospects and colleagues alike
    • You need to be commercially savvy and IT literate
    • We are looking for someone who is driven, dedicated and has a high energy
    • Being professional and presentable is a given
    • We want someone who is focused on becoming the best that they can be
    • You need to work effectively in a dynamic team
    • Hopefully you'll be incentivised by results and get a kick out of being a winner
