The Product Marketing team is a new function within Kyriba. It’s responsible for setting the product “go to market” strategy and aligning the firm to execute against it. This includes defining the target market and constructing messaging to maximise our product strengths and positioning those with different personas and market segments. The function is ultimately accountable for providing the content to ensure Kyriba is aligned and equipped to go to market and for synthesising market feedback to inform the future product and go to market direction.
As a Product Marketing analyst, reporting to the Global Head of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting the objectives of the Product Marketing group. This will be a broad based roles involving data analysis, content writing, primary and secondary research and creating compelling messages and graphic that best summarise our product positioning. You will play an important role in ensuring that the function meets its key objectives and shares best practise among it’s product experts. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Market sizing and strategic analysis
Support the analysis of markets for new Kyriba’s product offering
Monitor market share by reviewing our revenues against market size by product / region
Summarise product development recommendations to broaden the target market
Collate win / loss intelligence
Run surveys, interview and analyse website traffic as appropriate to collect intelligence on how and why Kyriba win’s and loses opportunities
Provide insight into the trends and feedback gained to Kyriba leaders
Monitor competitive trends and threats (e.g. market news, SWOT analysis, etc.).
Support enablement of sales teams on how Kyriba positions against competitors
Internal enablement and Management Reporting
Collaborate with functions across the company including Product Management, Finance, Sales Operations, Marketing etc. to align the organisation to the Go-to-market strategy
Support product marketing reporting and information sharing to the rest of the organisation, including maintenance of an intranet site for content sharing
Work with the Sales Leaders and a wide range of stakeholders to ensure prospect, pipeline accuracy as well as monitor our revenue performance against our GTM initiatives
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience in Business Operations, Project Management or Product Marketing within a fast moving industry (technology, consulting, financial services)
Experience in a growth company and/or a global company a definite advantage
Track record of performance excellence, meeting targets and objectives
Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills, naturally navigating a wide variety of situations across different levels of expertise, experience and knowledge
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills - ability to work in unstructured, changing environment – you need to contribute to define your agenda
Demonstrated ability to prioritise based on the organisation targets
Team player, quick learner
A collaboration mindset - high level of agility to work in a fast-paced team environment
