Job Description

As the Performance Management – Function Specialist you will work closely with and support the Finance Business Partner with:

  • Forging stronger links across Group Functions and Business Units, ensuring that effective processes and systems technologies are enablers in supporting the delivery of the Company’s 2023 Burning Ambition
  • Managing and improving the day to day deliverables across several core Group processes and supporting in affecting change and improvement across these areas.
  • Support with delivery of work-stream/project initiatives across Group Functions and facilitate effective performance review and management
  • Provide analysis and deliver insight, linking financial information to Business strategies and improve the understanding of business performance on financial outcomes
  • Support with the overall work-stream plan, critical path and risks and dependencies to ensure delivery is timely


Qualifications

  • Proven problem-solving and planning ability in a prior role within Finance
  • University degree (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of standard reporting templates, performance metrics and data requirements, as well as strong Excel/modelling capabilities
  • Demonstrate a good level of skill in the creation of briefing materials, report writing and preparation of presentations
  • Demonstrate proven analytical skills and attention to detail, including the ability to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty
