Over the coming months, we will have upcoming specialist positions for you to consider. We are specifically looking to speak to professionals who have PMO leadership experience. Our highly successful Major Programmes business unit will need suitably qualified and experienced PMO Managers to provide PMO and programme controls & capability to deliver client objectives.
As a specialist in programme management office management, you will be a thought leader in your field embracing innovative practices and digital solutions. You will have experience in delivering intelligent PMO and programme controls methodology and capability to other complex infrastructure projects and programmes. You will be a confident communicator, able to engage effectively with directors and key decision makers in the client, programme and supplier organisations. You are required to provide analytical and data driven programme controls outputs to enable decision making and support various stakeholders’ requirements.
You will be proficient in interfacing the programme controls functions with one another; estimating, planning and scheduling, contract management, cost management, performance measurement, scope and change control management, risk management, document control; reporting and analysis and generating insight from their interfaces.
You will have excellent IT, organisational and data management skills, ideally proficient in BI Tools, advanced Excel, VBA, SQL or equivalent. You will have excellent data analytics capability and enable your team use visual and graphical outputs to communicate effectively with others. You will lead on the developments and improvements of processes, methodologies, systems, tools and technology to drive efficiency on the programme.
Qualifications, Experience & Certifications:
Location & TravelThe majority of our pipeline programmes are London based so you would be expected to be based out of, and work in, London. Travel to client and project site offices in London will be required, as well as travel to other Jacobs offices, so flexibility to travel is essential. Travel expenses will be reimbursed in line with our corporate expense policy. You may be required to have the right to work in the UK to be considered.
