Data Admin Senior Analyst (FTC until Dec 2022)

Data Administration forms part of Investment Services & Analytics business unit within AFS. DA is reaching a turning point of its evolution with numerous transformational projects ahead, moving toward more digital models, while keeping the quality of delivery and client services high in the priority list.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a strategic role that requires strong leadership skills to fulfil the below missions across Data Administration

• Contributing to the Data Administration strategy definition
• Driving change within the organisation and champion BNP Paribas in the market place
• Representing and driving the client requirements globally
• Oversee client and internal change related to data management & act as Subject Matter Expert Globally
• Wherever necessary, leading change projects and/or remediation plan
• Coordination of the Quality delivery of the global Data Administration operations

Experience Required:

Essential

• Financial services experience
• 10+ years in Project / programme delivery role
• Significant experience in Banking / Financial Services, in particular in Data Administration activities
• Demonstrated ability to forward think and propose solutions.
• Ability to deal with all levels of the organisation from developers to senior sponsors
• Ability to clearly articulate, communicate and manage project details or updates to a variety of Stakeholders
• Excellent active listening
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
• Problem solving and root cause identification skills
• Strong team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
• Ability to identify solutions and drive through to completion
• Familiarity with Business Analysis approaches, tools and phase of the project lifecycle
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and in a high pace environment
• Competent and sufficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel etc)
