As a Wholesale Insight Analyst, you'll bring your insatiable curiosity to the team. Acting as an 'internal consultant’ to the business, this position will play a key role in drawing actionable competitive insights from customer and partner insights to shape recommendations across the entire wholesale business. You’ll conduct mainly qualitative analytical projects which help shape both targeted campaigns and propositions.

To be successful you'll be passionate about combining analysis with an understanding of
partner needs to get to the heart of the matter to help drive the business forward. You’ll have attention for detail and produce first rate outputs to ensure ease of digestion across the business. You will have an eye for seeking out new data sources which will be used to develop marketing strategy and commercials.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal interviews and support with partner/customer interviews as needed to produce the initial source of data for trending analysis

  • Find new and untapped sources of data which will then be used to inform and influence a data-led marketing approach

  • Execute the day to day running of survey based research and present back to relevant parties

  • Manage the execution of quantitative research studies (i.e. defining

  • objectives, analysing results, and producing insights).

  • Ownership and timely delivery of analytical projects, focused on commercial impact to improve the quality and efficiency of VMB Wholesale decision making

  • Rigorous application of appropriate techniques to ensure that conclusions are well founded and limitations are clearly articulated

  • Work closely with the marketing and data teams to help compose strategy, inform campaigns and ensure the business unit is utilising insight in the best possible way

  • Effective management of stakeholder relationships across the business whilst helping build a strong team culture

  • Pro‐active analysis to flag areas of opportunity or concern to the business

  • Bring insight to life by creating clear, compelling and relevant presentations that illustrate and communicate effectively.

  • Trade and collate insight with your equivalent within the Win/Loss team in the VMB Direct Business

  • Be responsible for ensuring the Voice of the Customer is heard and understood within Wholesale and champion any customer experience improvements.

  • Ability to create clear and concise PowerPoint presentations to meet the needs of the target audience.

  • Basic excel skills required.

  • Experience within the telecommunications industry is preferable.

  • Experience working with data or marketing materials is preferable
