Compass Life Sciences have partnered with a global award-winning Clinical Research Organisation, who are currently seeking Senior Biostatisticians to add to their international roster of experts, on a FSP or internal basis. We are currently exploring candidates across the UK and US with permanent and contract positions vacant, alongside remote working arrangements.
It is an exciting time at the company as it seeks to solidify its status as a leading biometric specialist CRO, by maintaining its reputation with some of the world's top Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies by consistently providing a recognisable quality of work. This opportunity would therefore be ideal for an experienced and ambitious Biostatistician who would like to be an integral part of a growing team of experts, providing substantial value to the field of life sciences.

Manipulating, analysing, and summarising clinical data using a variety of statistical methods
Preparing and reviewing study documentation, including protocols and statistical analysis plans
Supervising and mentoring less experienced statisticians
Project management of assigned studies (timeline management, delegating responsibility, coordinating recourses, etc.)
Maintaining client relationships with regards to statistical issues

The ideal candidate would have:
A PhD or MSc in biostatistics or related discipline
Experience working within and undertaking leadership responsibilities in a clinical trials environment (CRO preferably, but also within Pharmaceuticals)
Experience performing statistical analysis using SAS
Ability to communicate with a broad range of people across different functions
In exchange for this our client is offering a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package, flexible working hours and arrangements, alongside structured training, and development plans, and even the opportunity to continue your own research.
