  • Prior experience of using Business Intelligence systems to extract data
  • Experience in an automated Distribution Centre
  • Experience of influencing and communicating to others at various levels
  • Experience of analysis work and prioritising tasks in a reactive and pressurised environment
  • Technical expertise regarding data mining, investigation and modelling

Measures / Key Performance Indicator’s

  • Reporting that is distributed is timely, accurate and standardised
  • Identification and resolution of repetitive issues
  • Identification of areas for improvement to reduce CPU
