What you’ll be doing in this role
Your broad technical, research and software development background will allow you to rapidly understand new systems and domains, and prototype systems based on your research. Roke is a projects based business so there will be a wide variety of internal opportunity matched to your expertise and opportunities to try new things.

Your Projects!
Unlike other working environments Roke maintains a project-orientated structure. This allows and encourages you to “try out” a variety of skills and roles throughout your career. There’s a large amount of flexibility by design and it’s up to you how you engage with this feature. Finally, please note this isn’t a perk just for new starters but an intrinsic part of Roke. We routinely have senior engineers change projects to “try out something new” or juggle multiple projects because “they all sound fun!”
Hybrid Working
The majority of Roke positions accommodate hybrid working. 60% Concentration (work from home) and 40% Collaboration (office based). Our staff average two days a week in the office, the days you will be in the office are determined by the business needs and should average out to two days per week.
