You’ll join this growing team with the mandate to expand delivery of Data Scientists and Quantitative professionals across Private Equity firms, Venture Capital and Fundamental Equity Funds.
Your role will be to support senior consultants with mapping exercises, contacting candidates and accurately describing suitable opportunities.
We take a knowledge-led approach to recruitment and believe in having in-depth consultations with candidates. You will be given training and support to give you the knowledge base to enable this. You will, however, need to be a fast learner. A genuine interest in the space will help.
Requirements
Prior Recruitment Experience:
We can take individuals with recruitment experience and teach about our market. Our approach is quite different to a transactional recruitment role, but we are willing to consider people that genuinely want a change of approach.
We are equally happy to consider those from outside of industry and graduates with no prior experience but the right core skills and personality.
In short, we are looking for a hardworking, solutions-oriented individual who just gets it and we can teach you the rest.
