An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Change Management Team. We would love to hear from you if you have previous experience within a similar role with proven experience designing data models and providing intuitive functional user-interfaces. This role will face multiple internal clients and may require UK wide travel periodically but will be predominantly home based.

Role Profile:

Reporting to the Head of Change Management, you will assist in providing real time reporting and continuous improvement across the change management office.

Typical Deliverables:

  • Database analysis and data modelling.
  • Design and creation of User Interface and reports, including the ability to present information in both detail and management information styles.
  • Data validation & assistance with User Acceptance Testing of internal applications.
  • Skilled in publication of information to HTML platforms to enable users at all levels to self-serve.
  • Provide workshop based knowledge transfer to other members of the team.
  • Gathering, documenting and articulating requirements.
  • Assist in the internal knowledge transfer within the business.

Business Operations Skills – Experience:

  • Technical Knowledge of Qlik platforms and SQL databases.
  • Proven ability to implement software tools.
  • Proficient in data and information management.
  • Full driving licence.

Business Operations Skills – Qualifications:

  • Experience in Qlick suite of products preferably with relevant certifications.
  • Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience of BI tools and/or enterprise-type applications in addition managing software running on Windows and Microsoft tools (Teams/Sharepoint/Forms).

You’ll receive formal training. – and on-the-job training where appropriate – to ensure you’re up-skilled as technology develops along with E-learning schemes to help or refresh skills on-line.
