More about your role

As our Graduate Peopl Data Analyst within the 2022 Emerging Talent Programme, you'll support our People Change and Data team to review maintain and extract data, understanding insights and trends of our people data.

The two year programme will support you to develop the core skills, behaviours and technical ability to develop into an Data Analyst.

You'll join a new team transforming its use of data and how it can transform our services. Part of your role will see you creating data dashboards in PowerBI and supporting with he production of statistical information across the Places for People Group.

You'll make sure our data is the best quality it can, completing reviews and cleansing information, Review and cleanse data within HR and associated people systems. Our team is committed to self-improvement and you'll be a key instigator of positive transformation.

More about you

You'll be a recent graduate with a degree that has supported you to develop data skills. You will be a confident use of MS Excel and have used some data software, this could have been within an academic environment. We are keen to develop your understanding through technical development.

You'll be inquisitive and strive to understand how data and information can be used to make positive change to business practise. This role will require you to be a storyteller, translating technical information to “non-data” people. Communication skills and the ability to speak in “plain English” is really important.
