Salary: Competitive Salary plus Veolia benefits including a generous bonus & company contribution pension
Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon to Fri
Location: London with home working

What will you be doing?

  • Providing clarity and insight of energy data obtained from operational activities
  • Large data analysis and statistics to identify cost control and cost reduction
  • Responding to incoming queries on reports and various data requests
  • Interrogating and validating datasets in development environments to ensure they match source data and requirements
  • Ensuring on time validation of group expenditure or incomes from electricity supply agreements and incentives through a dedicated invoice validation system
  • Timely provision of information to front office and operational teams to manage group energy contract negotiations
  • The ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical people

What are we looking for?

  • Experience providing data analysis and reporting.
  • Previous experience writing SQL code.
  • Microsoft PowerBI Desktop and Online (Report and Dataset development and management)
  • Knowledge of the electricity and natural gas trading market would be beneficial
  • Critical thinking ability.
