Reporting to the Piece of Mind Commercial Manager the Business Intelligence Analyst will be an integral part of the Ownership Sales & Services (OSS) team producing data and reports for forecasting, maintaining and exceeding sales delivery and customer satisfaction.

The Ownership Sales & Services department is key to the success of the UK operation. The key focus is to deliver service delivery through our third-party repair network, create new services to meet consumer needs thus driving Sales & Services growth through our Contact Centres and Service Technicians. In addition, develop B2B Sales of Spares and Consumables & Accessories. All delivered with the consumer at the heart of everything we do.

The person will also directly support the OSS Management team with new analysis with the available data to provide insight that can be used to direct and shape the right focus of activity.

Operational responsibilities:
  • Create and distribute series of timely and accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management team showing sales and operational performance by product and channel
  • Service and product sales analysis/reporting for Online, Contact Centre and Wholesale (pricing, volume, conversion rates)
  • Operational and performance analysis/reporting for Service Network & Contact Centre (pricing, volume, conversion rates)
  • Produce insightful reporting to guide recommendations for prioritization and investment
  • Help with ad hoc analysis and building robust business cases to test new sales, services and operational changes that will improve sales and customer experience
  • Supporting the information on regular service reviews on Service Providers, Contact Centre performance data
  • Working with the team to develop intelligent dashboards, reporting, and analysis tools
  • Degree in a mathematical, statistical, scientific, engineering or comparable discipline
  • Strong understanding of KPI impact on business performance
  • Past experience in data visualization, data modeling and data analysis
  • Experience in Qlik Sense or Qlikview - Front end development, working with complex data models & NPrinting as an example.
  • Experience in PowerBI would be advantageous
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Keen to learn and continue development of their technical skillset
  • Excellent organisational skills to meet deadlines and handle changing priorities
  • Good planning capability and drive to deliver outstanding results
  • Self-starter, but able to work cross-functionally and within a team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
