About the Job
What you’ll spend your time doing:
Being a key player in the delivery of platform change your typical week would involve
- Developing our Data Warehouse using Wherescape Red Tooling / SQL Server
- Designing and updating Power BI Dataset Models
- Attending Sprint Stand Ups and Planning Sessions to collaborate with the team
What you’ll need:
For this particular role there are levels of knowledge and experience we need you to have. These include:
- Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the Kimball Data Warehousing Design Principles
- Have 3+ years’ experience in developing databases using ETL Tooling (Microsoft SQL Stack and/or Wherescape technology desirable)
- Experience in building semantic layers / datasets in Business Intelligence tooling (Power BI desirable)
- Experience in Agile Development Methodologies is desirable
- Insurance Industry experience is desirable
