This is a support and development role within the Information Management Team and will involve internal customer support, analysis, documentation, development and testing of existing and new data applications and interfaces.
The Information Management team ensures that data from multiple disparate source systems are available to support the Trust reporting and analysis needs.
The initial role will be supporting the existing systems, processes and Business Intelligence applications, by responding to customer queries, investigating anomalies, testing code changes and documenting as required.
You will support the team in building and sustaining cohesive working relationships both within the team and across the wider organisation.
You must be resilient and willing to take constructive criticism, follow internal standards and guidelines to achieve the overall objectives of the team and the Trust.
