We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join us as a Bioinformatician/Statistician within our Respiratory Research Team. The successful candidate will lead the analysis of microbiome datasets to understand the role of bacteria and other microbes in acute and chronic lung disease. They will join a team of scientists and clinicians performing translational research studies across Europe and will be expected to integrate metagenomic data from studies of the lung “microbiome” with clinical and inflammatory data, to identify clinical subgroups of disease with shared biological patterns which can be used to guide personalised medicine.
