The Data Management & Quality Manager is effectively accountable for the health of consumer data and oversight of the implementation of policies and standards for consumer data.
What You'll Do
Lead the Data Management & Quality function.
Help ensure we have an up-to-date Data Management Framework covering policies, standards, rules, metrics and training; leverage global policies and detail UK specifics as required. (Working closely with the Head of Consumer Data and Data Governance & Frameworks)
Oversee the performance of the management of data across the a to b to c journey, helping to ensure all is working effectively and accurately and, where not, helping remediate / improve.
Establish, lead and drive a Data Management improvement roadmap, working closely with supporting functions across the business to continuously improve data process controls based on approved funding to deliver this.
